We are looking for a versatile and highly adaptable Business Analyst who can take on a mix of operations, accounting, marketing, and other business functions as needed. This is not a data analyst role—it's a hands-on, problem-solving position where you’ll be involved in multiple aspects of the business, helping to streamline operations, support growth initiatives, and solve complex challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Manage and optimize day-to-day business operations to improve efficiency.
- Financial Support: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
- Marketing Support: Support marketing efforts, including campaign execution, reporting, and strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the company to solve problems and drive improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements across different functions.
- Performance Tracking: Track business performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of miscellaneous projects that contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work across operations, accounting, and marketing seamlessly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
- Not afraid to take initiative and figure things out independently.

Salary:
₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Relocation & Commute:
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru before starting work.
