Job Summary:
Boni is looking for a versatile and highly adaptable Business Analyst who can work across multiple business functions, including operations, accounting, marketing, and strategy. This role is not just about data analysis but hands-on problem-solving to streamline operations, support growth initiatives, and improve business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day business operations.
- Assist in financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Support marketing efforts, including campaign execution and strategy.
- Collaborate with different teams to solve business challenges.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Track business performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:
