We invite applications for the role of Business Analyst, Business Insight! In this role, you will be responsible for building various offerings in the business insight area as requested by clients. You will be an active contributor to the overall project objectives and should be open to working in any shift as per business requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to direct reports, typically first-line managers and supervisors.
  • Specialize in Data Analysis, Business Insights, and Market Research.
  • Understand, evaluate, interpret, and visualize data.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Deliver high-quality, error-free reports and analyses to clients on time.
  • Handle day-to-day servicing, analytic support, and client presentations.
  • Develop proficiency in in-house tools.
  • Anticipate issues/conflicts and proactively escalate to your manager.
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for senior management.
  • Experience in balancing customer-facing roles and work assessments.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage customer governance meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to build robust working relationships with teams, peers, and clients; scheduling flexibility required.
  • Strong problem-solving and macro-level research skills, with a good grasp of numbers.
  • Excellent people and customer handling skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
