About International Card Services (ICS)
ICS is a leader in providing Credit Cards, Business Financing, T&E Solutions, Supplier Payments, and Cross-Border Payments, helping businesses of all sizes manage their spending globally. The ICS Centre of Excellence (ICS COE) is dedicated to unlocking growth and making ICS the fastest-growing segment within American Express.
Role Overview:
As part of the ICS COE Marketing Analytics (ICMA) team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth across international markets. This high-visibility role involves close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to provide impactful analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop iCMV strategies for customer treatments such as upgrades, companion offers, and lending solutions, partnering with finance and stakeholders to optimize and measure investment across ICS markets.
- Define and drive growth strategies for AD trigger success in key markets, working with local leadership.
- Manage and optimize retention frameworks for both consumer and commercial segments, collaborating with customer marketing teams to enhance customer retention.
- Support ICS growth by refining targeting frameworks for customer treatments and internal acquisitions.
- Measure campaign performance, analyze targeting strategies, and provide actionable insights for future marketing initiatives.
- Enhance acquisition outcomes through cross-market offer personalization, anti-gaming strategies, and affiliate management.
- Evaluate strategic impacts on business outcomes and offer data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, product, and decision science teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA or a master’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics).
- At least 2 years of relevant analytics experience in risk, marketing, or digital product functions.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience applying quantitative methods to drive results.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization.
- Preferred: Strong programming skills and experience with Big Data programming.
