Job Description
Be part of a fast-growing digital and customer experience consulting firm, experiencing over 50% growth in the past 2 years and forecasting similar growth rates in the upcoming years.
We are seeking a Business Analyst to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions for clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on web design and development projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on understanding, documenting, and tracking business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the elicitation and documentation of business needs and requirements.
- Deliver and document functional requirements using object-oriented design and use case modeling.
- Collaborate with Client Services, UX, Strategy, and Technology teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for requirements during the design and build phases.
- Define and co-lead test planning; participate in testing to address gaps and resolutions.
- Evaluate business solution performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a conduit between customers and the development team for requirement clarity.
- Contribute to project plans and communicate progress to management.
- Track and resolve issues promptly while identifying value-added solutions for clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a client-focused Business Analyst.
- Background in digital marketing is essential.
- Proven analytical expertise and exposure to standard business analysis approaches.
- Experience in digital/web solutions and technical projects.
- Familiarity with web analytics, e-commerce, content management, and related areas.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, use case modeling, and software development processes.
- Familiarity with ISMS is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
