About the Role
We are looking for an Entry-Level Business Analyst who has 1 year of professional experience working with business data, generating reports, and visualizing insights. If you're passionate about numbers, business performance, and making data-driven recommendations, this is the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business needs and extract relevant data to evaluate sales performance.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams or client stakeholders to gather raw data.
Create and present performance reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting through compelling visual storytelling (charts, graphs, KPIs).
Communicate key findings and contribute to strategy discussions with the client or internal team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or reporting role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to learn about Kennect’s product and domain quickly.
Preferred Skills
1 Knowledge of dashboards or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
2 Familiarity with sales processes or incentive/commission systems is an advantage.
