Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will acquire expertise on Optimum's products and serve as a liaison between account managers and the solutions delivery teams. You will play a key role in product implementation, development, and enhancement, working across Optimum’s global accounts. The role will be based in Noida, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of assigned Optimum product lines.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand feature requests and analyze their impact on existing features.
- Develop requirement specifications and acceptance tests for customer-specific dashboards, reports, and other business requirements.
- Work with engineering teams on new system functionality and test features before and after deployment.
- Create user documentation to help clients use Optimum’s solutions effectively.
- Research industry trends and acquire subject matter expertise in assigned products.
- Analyze user actions and generate metrics on product usage, identifying training needs or proposing new features.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of work experience, with 3-5 years specifically as a business analyst.
- Experience collaborating with customer-facing and technical teams, analyzing the impact of changes, and creating requirement specifications.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating specifications for reports and dashboards.
- Experience in agile and waterfall lifecycles.
- Automotive industry experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
