Position: Business Analyst Intern

Support data gathering and perform detailed data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Production.
Understand and work with reporting metrics like KRA, KPR, and MRM.
Focus on business process improvement, dashboard development, and client coordination.
Collect, validate, and interpret data from various departments to support business decisions.
Assist in creating and automating scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports using tools like Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.
Work with stakeholders to track Key Risk Metrics (KRA), Key Performance Metrics (KPR), and Monthly Review Metrics (MRM).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, share insights, and ensure deliverable alignment.
Prepare and present clear reports and documentation for internal and client use.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other teams to improve process efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business Administration or related.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of business metrics and reporting standards (KRA, KPR, MRM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with dashboard tools like Google Sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or data handling.
Basic knowledge of data visualization concepts.
