Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our innovative and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and collaborating across teams to ensure scalable, impactful digital products are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define detailed business requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and clear acceptance criteria.
Prepare and maintain BRDs, PRDs, and functional documentation.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to validate functional outputs.
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Identify process gaps, edge cases, and help define product success metrics.
Support UAT efforts and contribute to QA alignment and verification processes.
Maintain updated project documentation via Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Manage change requests and ensure consistent scope alignment across versions.
Technical Requirements
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in user story writing, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria definition.
Experience in creating BRDs, PRDs, and wireframes.
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma.
Solid understanding of UAT processes and QA collaboration.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with FinTech, Healthcare, or AI-based digital product domains (preferred).
Experience conducting client demos, feedback sessions, or client-facing discussions.
Basic knowledge of APIs, database structures, and software architecture is a plus.
