The Team
Our analytics team specializes in deriving deep user insights from hundreds of millions of transactions in India. As part of the PayU India Innovations team, your focus will be on creating digital insights from payment data to enhance the effectiveness of our clients' marketing expenditures. This data has become a valuable resource, enabling us to identify specific user segments, such as:

• High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) for wealth management products
• Travel enthusiasts for holiday lifestyle brands
• Creditworthy consumers for personal loan offers
• Digitally savvy users for online banking products
• Affluent food lovers for dining promotions

The Opportunity

• Lead and execute audience analytics projects by developing insightful user personas and a top-tier audience insights platform.
• Collaborate with clients on audience analytics, from understanding requirements to executing campaigns and tracking results.
• Work closely with internal teams (Business and Technology) to design and implement optimal solutions.
• Engage in innovative projects utilizing cutting-edge technology in a big data environment.
• Develop AI/ML solutions to predict user behavior, aiding PayU merchants in customer acquisition and management.
• Access 5,000+ training courses from leading partners like Harvard, Coursera, and Udacity to support your professional growth.

Requirements for Success

• A degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a prestigious institution.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics.
• Proficiency in deriving insights and building machine learning models using R/Python and SQL.
• Technical expertise and project execution experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to conduct complex analyses.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• A high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a go-getter mindset who values teamwork and knowledge sharing.
