Job Description:
MKR Techsoft is a dynamic digital marketing agency, and we are looking for an analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, identify process improvements, and support decision-making to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
- Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and suggest improvements.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year in a similar role.
- Preferred: Female candidates.
- Other Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively.
