Job Summary:
Tenacitics India Pvt Ltd is developing a state-of-the-art cloud-based enterprise solution for an exciting FinTech/InsurTech product. We are looking for Business Analysts who can understand business processes, system integrations, and data flow to develop detailed user requirements and user stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations.
- Create detailed user requirements and user stories for business needs.
- Work with Agile teams to formulate business requirements.
- Utilize Jira and other Agile tools for requirements documentation.
- Perform process and data mapping.
- Communicate software requirements effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product development.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of business and technical terminology.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player with solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Certification.
- Agile Certification.
Additional Information:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experience: 1 year in business analysis, Microsoft Office, or relevant fields (preferred).
- Work Location: In person (Chennai).
- Candidates must be willing to relocate and work in rotational shifts if required.
