Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to create actionable plans.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT and operations) to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Prepare detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications.
Support ongoing projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business goals.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and optimize business processes for greater efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a team.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Local candidates from Dewas preferred.
