Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize processes and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Analyze business processes, market trends, and internal data to inform business strategies and decisions.
Identify inefficiencies in current operations and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and other departments to facilitate seamless implementation of business solutions.
Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Evaluate business risks and opportunities, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Participate in testing and validation of new systems or updates to ensure compliance with business requirements.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and provide competitive insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related discipline.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with project management software like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Understanding of databases, data modeling, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
