Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. Your expertise in requirement gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration will contribute significantly to project success.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements using industry-standard techniques such as interviews, workshops, and user stories.
Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, and system diagrams to support software development and implementation.
Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide necessary support during system deployment and enhancements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an IT environment, with a record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques such as requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in documenting business requirements, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities to understand complex business and technical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integration, and enterprise software applications.
Minimum two years of experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and handling IT projects involving international clients.
