Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between clients and the technical team by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with business clients via email, phone, and remote meetings to gather and clarify requirements.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements with a clear understanding of development constraints and opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Gap Analyses, and Functional Breakdown Structures (FBS).
Conduct project risk analysis and proactively identify potential challenges or roadblocks that may affect delivery.
Create use cases, UML diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize business solutions clearly and effectively.
Define and maintain user stories that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Manage project planning activities by creating detailed task breakdowns, defining milestones, and developing project roadmaps and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Discuss and validate the technical work breakdown structure with clients and ensure alignment between business expectations and development execution.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with the client to validate deliverables against the defined requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize advanced business analysis and project management software tools to manage workflows, documentation, and communication.
Qualifications
Possess substantial experience in business analysis and project management roles with a strong record of delivering high-quality business solutions.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Exhibit sound technical knowledge of database design, data modeling, and software development processes.
Be well-versed in modern software development life cycles (SDLC) and technologies including web, mobile, IoT, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Show a solid understanding of system architecture, solution design, and enterprise technology frameworks.
Hold relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or Kanban System Design, which will be considered highly desirable.
