Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales.
Understand client needs, gather feedback, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Manage expectations and build strong, lasting relationships.
Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare clear and comprehensive BRDs, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
Maintain change logs and version controls.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and technical leads for timely and accurate delivery.
Translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Track project progress and help remove blockers.
Participate in solution design discussions with a functional perspective.
Understand product capabilities and constraints to propose solutions.
Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for clients and stakeholders.
Create user guides and training materials as needed.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist in defining project scope and timelines.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in business analysis or client-facing roles.
Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Knowledge of software or SaaS solutions.
