Business Analyst - As a business analyst, You need to analyzes large data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency and prioritizing technical and functional requirements, identifying what clients want, and determining what is feasible to deliver.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers in their use of company's product.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product/business requirements starting from initial discussion, formulating those product requirements, validating them with customer, and translating those requirements for development teams.
• Meet or exceed product delivery expectations with quality, timeliness, and overall customer experience.
• Deliver detailed product scope, product roadmap and associated timelines.
• Serve as internal and external point of contact on customer requirements and ensure customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible.
• Collect product requirements and document bugs with development for product issues that are impacting customers.
• Provide feedback to the training and documentation team so that common or development issues can be addressed before they become serious or widespread.
• Create process or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base.
• Deliver against customer expectations respecting the delivery timeline commitments and efficiency targets.
• Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry standard practices to come up with process improvements and new ways to delight customers.
• Work in and thrive in a team environment where you can learn from and contribute to the team's success.
• Mentor team members and guide them.
• Helping in creating / defining new processes.

Key Skills :-

• Masters in Statistics, Operation Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Good to have experience involving Airline Revenue Management.
• Good to have product management, development technical support, system administration or related customer facing role.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Windows, Linux environments in support of applications, processes, etc.
• Experience in using a service or incident management ticketing system.
• Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person).
• Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, in a fast paced, highly technical environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.
• Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent software solutions.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations.
• Experience in gathering and writing user stories, business requirements for the development of Airline Revenue Management system.
• Experience in product development, conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide systems.
• Knowledge of optimization tools/solvers used in revenue management area such as IBM CPLEX, GUROBI, Python or any similar tools.
• Full understanding of the phases of product life cycle, writing user stories, customer requirements gathering, software design and development, testing - including unit, functional, systems and integration, implementation/delivery, and maintenance.
• Proven experience of product development, conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide systems.
• With substantial background of technologies such as Python, Dot Net Core, Azure, MQ, Red Hat Linux Enterprise, Node JS, React JS, Web logic etc.
• At least 2 years experience in Microsoft SQL or Postgres SQL or Oracle SQL databases with an ability to analyze tables, run queries, etc.
• Experience in supporting REST APIs, working with Web Based applications in Windows and Linux environments.
• High-level Understanding of IT networking, systems, virtual machines, etc. in support of enterprise applications.
• Able to describe and communicate technical requirements in written form using English, UML, XML, and other languages.
