Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Resource will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. He/she will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, document workflows, and develop business cases for recommended initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful business solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop business cases and proposals for recommended initiatives.
Document workflows, use cases, and business requirements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus.
Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions as needed.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
Monitor program progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
