Duties and Responsibilities

• Requirement Management: Utilize activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, flowcharts, document analysis, and other tools to gather and manage requirements.
• Information Gathering: Collect and critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate user requests into detailed needs.
• Business Analysis: Challenge business units on their execution plans and translate their needs into technical and operational requirements.
• Technical Vision: Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical visions and balance usability with performance.
• Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between technology teams, support teams, and business units.
• Requirement Specifications: Develop requirement specifications using standard templates and natural language.
• Communication: Serve as the channel for requirements flow between internal and external customers and the software development team.
• Proactive Collaboration: Engage with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, delivering use cases, GUI, screen, and interface designs as needed.
• Project Lifecycle: Deliver work products throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analysis: Analyze data from surveys, workshops, and business process descriptions, and work with project managers to define concepts using enterprise-wide requirements systems.
