Job Description
- Drive exploratory data analysis that combines qualitative assessment/research with quantitative findings to inform decisions.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing to set critical metrics, and build and support dashboards/reports that measure these metrics to drive and support strategic decisions.
- Communicate and present concise and concrete reports to all stakeholders, including product management, project management, and partners.
- Design and automate reporting to enhance understanding of product usage and the user journey in Document Cloud.
- Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making as needed.
- Utilize multiple data sources to provide a comprehensive view of the customer journey across products.
- Find innovative ways to identify relevant patterns, trends, and relationships within large data volumes that lead to business improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a business analyst, business process analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- This position is available at both our Indore and Hyderabad offices.
