Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze, document, and validate business requirements using standardized templates and tools. You will be responsible for developing functional specifications and user stories, identifying gaps in existing systems and processes, and providing recommendations for platform or process improvements. Effective communication with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers, is crucial to address issues and clarifications. Additionally, you will analyze interactions across applications and systems to achieve targeted processes.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Analyze documents and validate business requirements using standard templates or tools.
• Specification Development: Develop functional specifications and user stories based on business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing systems and processes, and recommend improvements for platforms or processes.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers, to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
• System Interactions: Analyze interactions across applications and systems to achieve targeted process outcomes.
• Enterprise System Development: Experience with business analysis for enterprise-level system development, including latest technologies such as Cloud, Angular, Java, Database, and SharePoint.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Communication: Present complex data clearly and concisely, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Tools and Methodologies: Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies; experience with Jira is advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum: Experience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Certifications Required:

• Certifications in Agile/Scrum Methodologies are a plus.
