Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and business opportunities via cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce the company's services, generating interest and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Support Sales Team: Assist senior sales staff in closing deals by addressing client queries and following up.
- Project Identification: Identify potential web, mobile app, and software development projects through various channels.
- Bid Preparation: Research client requirements, project scope, and industry trends to prepare compelling bid proposals.
- Bid Management: Track the bidding process from outreach to contract negotiation, working closely with internal teams.
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive client requirements.
- Analysis & Documentation: Analyze data to identify business opportunities and create requirement documents such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaboration: Work alongside developers, designers, and project managers to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
