As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals in target markets such as Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Generate qualified leads through email outreach, social media, and CRM-generated lists.
Conduct product demos and confidently close deals for SaaS subscriptions and IT service projects.
Maintain accurate and organized CRM records for all business development activities.
Engage in weekly sales training to sharpen client engagement and business strategy skills.
Adapt to shift-based global outreach targeting:
a. 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East)
b. 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (North America, Late Europe)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in business development (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or IT services).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related domain.
Skills:
a. Excellent communication in English (B2+ proficiency).
b. Strong lead generation and sales closing abilities.
c. Familiarity with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms.
d. Proactive, self-disciplined, and able to manage remote work efficiently.
Technical Requirements:
a. Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
b. Personal computer with 8GB+ RAM.
c. Quiet home-office setup.
Availability: Must be available for one of the specified global shift timings.
