We are offering a 6-month remote internship to enthusiastic and driven individuals who are eager to build a career in business development. This internship provides hands-on exposure to international client outreach, lead generation, CRM usage, and real-world business strategy. Successful interns may be offered a full-time Business Development Representative position upon completion.
Assist in identifying new prospects using email campaigns, lead lists, and social media tools.
Support international business development reps targeting regions like Europe, North America, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Schedule demo meetings and update CRM tools with accurate lead data.
Attend weekly training sessions to build proficiency in client interaction, sales techniques, and CRM tools.
Work flexible shifts aligned with global market outreach:
a. 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East)
b. 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (North America)
Experience: No prior experience required. Suitable for final-year students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals.
Education: Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in any field, preferably Business or Marketing.
Skills:
a. Basic written and verbal English communication (B1+ level).
b. Strong eagerness to learn business development skills and tools.
c. Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work.
Technical Requirements:
a. Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection.
b. Personal laptop/desktop (Windows/Mac/Linux) with 8GB RAM or higher.
c. Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
