To strengthen our footprint in the academic sector, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to lead strategic collaborations with universities and EdTech companies. This role is pivotal in expanding ASB’s presence through meaningful institutional partnerships.
University Partnerships: Identify potential university partners and establish collaborations to promote ASB's technology training programs.
EdTech Collaboration: Build and maintain strategic alliances with EdTech companies to enhance offerings and develop joint initiatives.
Relationship Management: Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with academic leaders, placement officers, training and development heads, and other institutional stakeholders.
MoU & Tie-ups: Negotiate and execute formal agreements (MoUs, partnership contracts) with universities and training organizations.
Brand Promotion: Represent ASB at educational events, career fairs, seminars, and conferences to boost brand visibility and reputation.
Market Research: Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for university and EdTech engagement.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of academic partnerships with ASB’s training objectives and business strategy.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development, academic relations, or institutional partnerships.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities, especially with universities and EdTech firms.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of the education and technology training ecosystem.
Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and drive projects independently.
Willingness to travel (up to 25% of the time) for meetings, events, and presentations.
