Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth for our SaaS product offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, contract negotiation, and driving revenue by identifying and converting opportunities into successful business relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

  2. Conduct customized online product demos for potential clients based on their specific requirements.

  3. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction.

  4. Generate detailed sales and performance reports for internal use.

  5. Deliver product presentations via platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

  6. Conduct targeted lead generation using LinkedIn and similar platforms.

  7. Prepare formal proposal documents and presentations for client pitches and bids.

  8. Engage in B2B interactions and client consultations to identify and fulfill business needs.

  9. Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.


Technical & Functional Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  3. Proven experience in target-oriented sales roles.

  4. Mandatory experience in cold calling and lead follow-ups.

  5. Strong skills in virtual sales presentation and negotiation.

  6. Prior experience with both B2B and/or B2C sales models.

  7. Familiarity with LinkedIn sales strategies is a plus.
