About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business System Analyst to drive the transformation and optimization of tools and processes supporting Procurement applications such as Coupa, ServiceNow, and Flexera. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing agility, improving system quality, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
As a key member of the Procurement team, you’ll collaborate across geographies and functions to ensure systems deliver maximum value and efficiency. You will report directly to the Director of Procurement, working primarily remotely, with occasional travel or in-person meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Engage stakeholders to gather and document clear business requirements.
Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system design documents.
Analyze Coupa to identify enhancements in user experience and system performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including use cases, user stories, and requirements.
Work closely with IT/development teams to implement system changes.
Lead system testing, validation, and rollout of new features or enhancements.
Manage training materials, conduct end-user training, and drive user adoption.
Create and maintain dashboards and analytical reports.
Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to business systems.
Ensure seamless integration between Coupa, ServiceNow, Flexera, and other platforms.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Coupa is essential; experience with ServiceNow and Flexera is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience in business process design and documentation.
Ability to convert complex business needs into clearly defined technical requirements.
Proficiency in structured analysis, reporting tools, and system testing.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience in change management and business process improvement.
