Shift: Morning shift, Fixed shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Analyst to join our team in Madambakkam, Chennai. This position is responsible for analyzing call center data to predict customer trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and track quality assurance metrics for improvement. You will be expected to generate valuable insights to guide recommendations on process and policy improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze call center data and generate insights to predict customer trends.
  • Track quality assurance metrics and provide regular analytics reports to management.
  • Monitor KPIs, track metrics, and recommend improvements for better customer service.
  • Suggest call center QA software and training for customer support teams.
  • Develop and improve knowledge of products and call center performance.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (Preferred).
  • 1 year of total work experience (Preferred).
