Position Overview:
The Cash and Trade Processor Analyst 1 will be responsible for executing complex transactions and processing activities related to payments, trade, and cash management. This is an intermediate-level role where you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) while working closely with various internal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards, banking procedures, and internal policies.

- Expertise in processing daily cash and trade transactions according to local operating procedures.
- Service quality maintenance while adapting to a complex systems environment.
- Ensure adherence to policies that ensure compliance with legal parameters and regulations.
- Strong focus on control, compliance, and risk management in trade-related activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Post Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in payments processing, funds transfer, reconciliation, UAT, etc.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of SWIFT and other payment platforms (preferred).
- Familiarity with end-to-end trade transaction lifecycle.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
- Compliance Knowledge:
- Understanding of industry regulations and how they impact financial transactions and operational processes.
