Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate fresher to join Genpact as a Generative AI Developer. As a member of our AI team, you will work on cutting-edge AI projects, utilizing the latest generative AI models to create innovative applications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve real-world problems, explore new AI techniques, and contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) for diverse use cases like text generation, summarization, and image creation.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to preprocess datasets, train AI models, and assess their performance.
- Integrate AI models into applications, APIs, or web interfaces for seamless user experiences.
- Research and test new generative AI techniques to enhance existing solutions.
- Optimize and debug AI models to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Document processes, findings, and solutions to promote knowledge sharing and reuse.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Knowledge of generative AI models such as GPT, DALL-E, BERT, and their applications.
- Basic skills in data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
