Independently manage application packaging tasks using SCCM, Intune, and Group Policy.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune policies, with experience in Autopilot being a plus.
Create and manage SCCM packages, task sequences, Desired Configuration Management (DCM), and related troubleshooting.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Group Policies effectively across enterprise environments.
Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines and maintain high ticket quality.
Handle L3-level support, perform root cause analysis, and manage incident/problem lifecycle.
Contribute to proposal creation and support service improvement plans (SIPs).
Participate in onboarding activities like knowledge base management, training, and mentoring junior team members.
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes when required.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including advanced deployment and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Group Policy deployment and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows application packaging and enterprise desktop management.
Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills for technical escalations.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / B.Tech (Hons) / Related Technical Field
4.5–8 years of relevant experience in application packaging and enterprise system management.
