Responsibilities:

  • Manage India GST Compliance, Intercompany Operations, Revenue Assurance, and Intercompany Analysis.
  • Prepare and submit various reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
  • Coordinate with tax, treasury, and other teams regularly.
  • Oversee MIS and monitor day-to-day accounting processes.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting principles and local statutory tax rules.
  • Support standardizing and automating reconciliations, including general ledger, balance sheet, bank, and other account reconciliations using BlackLine tools.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter) with 2+ years of Corporate Finance experience, or CMA Fresher, or M.Com with 2–4 years of Corporate Finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance rules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, etc.).
  • Experience working with large datasets and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of SAP (preferred).
  • Analytical thinking and aptitude for numbers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Key Deliverables:

  • Tax Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate data for tax reports.
  • Process USGAAP and IGAAP entries for accurate Location P&L.
  • Interpret intercompany revenue and cost implications, ensuring compliance with revenue assurance principles.
  • Process revenue adjustment entries to meet transfer pricing requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of local GAAP accounts.
  • Contribute to local GAAP activities, such as STPI/SEZ Location P&L, TP database, and APR reporting.
  • Conduct analytical reviews to ensure the accuracy of revenue and costs.
  • Maintain checks and balances for all reporting processes.
  • Deliver all monthly and yearly requirements within deadlines.
