Expertise in Telecom Packet Optical NE Layer 1 software.
Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time software development is preferred.
Experience with telecom/networking protocols and Layer 1 transport technologies.
To contribute to the development and integration of Telecom Packet Optical Network Elements (NE) Layer 1 software.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams in implementing and supporting Broadcom SDK features.
To enhance, debug, and maintain performance of Layer 1 software in a telecom hardware environment.
Analyze customer requirements and participate in the design and development of telecom software solutions.
Develop C++ code using Broadcom SDKs for Layer 1 features and functionality.
Integrate new Layer 1 features into existing platforms ensuring performance and compatibility.
Debug and resolve issues related to NE Layer 1 operations and optimize performance.
Conduct unit testing and participate in system-level testing to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with hardware, testing, and systems teams to deliver end-to-end telecom solutions.
Document software specifications, design details, and test results.
Provide technical support and maintenance for Layer 1 software post-deployment.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of Layer 1 features in compliance with project schedules.
Maintain high code quality with minimal defects during system integration and user acceptance testing.
Ensure 100% adherence to Wipro coding standards and documentation processes.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet customer requirements and support SLAs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Additional certification in embedded systems or telecom protocols is advantageous.
