Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about understanding customer behavior and eager to support various market research functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Research: Conduct comprehensive research to gather data on customer preferences, behaviors, and needs.
Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on customer insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
Surveys and Feedback: Design and conduct customer surveys to collect feedback and improve the customer experience.
Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide insights that support business objectives.
Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
Customer Journey Mapping: Create and maintain customer journey maps to visualize the customer experience.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving customer research processes and methodologies.
Presentation: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the customer insights field.
