Key Responsibilities:

Surveys and Feedback: Design and conduct customer surveys to collect feedback and improve the customer experience.
Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide insights that support business objectives.
Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
Customer Journey Mapping: Create and maintain customer journey maps to visualize the customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
