Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Domestic L2 Process customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Mandatory).
- Education: 12th Pass, Graduate, or Post Graduate.
- Immediate joining required.
