Role Summary

  1. Act as a key individual in managing both proactive and reactive cases for the existing customer base.

  2. Ensure data accuracy in software applications, which is critical to company success.

  3. Understand the inner workings of various data aspects of the platform, including troubleshooting and resolution.


What You’ll Do

  1. Perform well under pressure when handling critical issues requiring quick resolution.

  2. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Microsoft SQL Server reported by customers and internal employees after dealership implementation.

  3. Coordinate with vendors to set up and troubleshoot software integrations.

  4. Create, modify, and troubleshoot SQL Legacy DTS packages, SSIS packages, and stored procedures.

  5. Convert, manipulate, and clean large data volumes in SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012 and Microsoft Excel.

  6. Maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service, technical expertise, and consultative skills.

  7. Communicate professionally and promptly via email, IM, phone, and other channels.

  8. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

  9. Handle multiple issues simultaneously while providing excellent customer service.

  10. Continuously learn the DealerSocket product and relevant integrations.

  11. Engage with the leadership team for professional development and career progression through performance reviews.
