Role Summary
Serve as a key individual in handling proactive and reactive cases for the existing customer base.
Ensure data accuracy across all software applications that are driven by data.
Understand and troubleshoot various data-related aspects of the platform.
What You’ll Do
Work well under pressure for critical issues requiring prompt resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Microsoft SQL Server as reported by customers or internal teams post dealership implementation.
Coordinate with vendors for setting up and troubleshooting software integrations.
Create, modify, and troubleshoot SQL Legacy DTS packages, SSIS packages, and stored procedures.
Convert, manipulate, and scrub large data volumes in SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012 and Microsoft Excel.
Maintain high-level customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and consultative skills.
Communicate professionally and timely via email, IM, phone, and other channels.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Manage multiple issues simultaneously while delivering excellent customer service.
Continuously learn the DealerSocket product and relevant integrations.
Engage with the leadership team for ongoing development and career progression through performance reviews.
