Job Description:
Aadhira Charitable Trust is seeking a passionate and committed professional to join their team as a Teaching and Freelance Trainer. This role involves teaching students at colleges, offering freelance training services across various locations (Kancheepuram, Vellore, Tindivanam, Thiruvannamalai, Villupuram, and Chennai), and contributing to government projects aimed at enhancing education and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for students in colleges and other institutions.
Provide freelance training in specialized areas.
Contribute to government projects related to education and skill development.
Develop training materials and curricula.
Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback.
Collaborate with educational institutions and government agencies to ensure the success of training programs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in teaching and freelance training.
Expertise in relevant subject matter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
