As a Product Analyst at Airtel, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of user journeys on Airtel Digital Platforms and leveraging data-driven insights to support product decision-making. This role involves end-to-end ownership of key metrics, executing A/B experiments, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive improvements in product performance.
Responsibilities:
Understanding User Journeys: Develop a deep understanding of user journeys on Airtel Digital Platforms to generate data-driven insights and recommendations for product enhancement.
Metric Ownership: Take ownership of key metrics and collaborate with product owners to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.
Hypothesis Development: Formulate strong hypotheses, conduct A/B experiments, and identify areas of opportunity for product enhancement based on data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, collect relevant data, build analytical models, and make actionable recommendations.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline data reporting, dashboarding, and communication processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Tracking and Implementation: Collaborate with product teams to implement data tracking mechanisms and utilize tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau for analysis and visualization.
Automation: Proactively seek opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and adhere to coding standards to ensure consistency and reliability of analysis.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate initiative in learning new techniques and staying updated with industry best practices to enhance analytical capabilities.
