Position: Product Analyst

Responsibilities
User Journey Analysis
Develop an in-depth understanding of user journeys on Airtel Digital Platforms.
Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to assist product business in meticulous decision-making.
Metrics Management
Take end-to-end ownership of key metrics.
Work with respective product owners to identify measurement areas and ensure metrics are moving in the right direction.
Hypothesis and Experimentation
Develop strong hypotheses and execute A/B experiments.
Identify areas of opportunity and articulate data to a diverse audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Define problem statements, collect data, build logical variables for analysis.
Build analytical models and provide recommendations based on findings.
Process Optimization
Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dashboarding, and communication.
Collaborate with the product team for data tracking and implementation of tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Efficiency Improvement
Proactively seek opportunities to increase efficiencies through automation.
Follow best practices with respect to coding standards.
Continuous Learning
Demonstrate self-driven initiatives to learn new techniques and methodologies.
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
