Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to support our accounting operations and contribute to data analysis and dashboard creation. This role involves data checking, monitoring, and developing visualizations to assist business partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:
- Assist with accounting operation issues, including data checking and monitoring.
Dashboard and Visualization Development:
- Develop, create, modify, and update dashboards and visualizations for business partners.
- Maintain the integrity of the reports and train business partners on new dashboards and reports.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather data from various sources, filter and analyze results, and consolidate into brief reports with recommended action items.
- Review, investigate, organize, and explain revenue data for new acquisitions.
- Determine the best source for data, create ad hoc reports and analysis, and present summaries to management.
- Suggest areas for alignment and process improvement.
Process Documentation:
- Update existing process and procedural documentation/material in line with system enhancements and changes.
Collaboration:
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams globally, assimilating requirements, and driving results in the form of data insights.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Experience:
- 0-3 months of analysis, spreadsheet modeling, and database reporting & analysis experience.
Skills:
- Understanding of accounting policies and a good knowledge of how data works.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
