Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst in our Commodities and Global Markets Group, you will immerse yourself in the finance sector, specifically within the Energy Markets team. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your analytical skills and knowledge while working in a dynamic global environment. You will collaborate with traders and analysts across the UK, US, Australia, and Singapore, providing support for the US and European markets. Your role will involve assisting with daily trading procedures, offering analytical support, and contributing to trading and analytical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global traders and analysts to provide time zone coverage for the US and European markets.
  • Assist with daily trading operations and procedures.
  • Offer analytical support to enhance trading and analytical processes.
  • Develop and refine analytical models to strengthen trading capabilities.
  • Enhance your knowledge and skills through exposure to complex data analysis within the finance sector.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 6 months of professional experience.
  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and other relevant data management tools.
