About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented and computer savvy data analyst with 1-2 years’ experience who can extract data from multiple sources and collate reports to assist management in decision making. A suitable candidate is one who has prior experience in data extraction and report generation and who has good verbal and written skills. He / she should also be comfortable with MS Office suite and Google suite of products.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and compile data from various sources, including website backend, Meta, Google, Amazon, CRM systems, and other marketplaces
Generate comprehensive and relevant reports to support decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Utilize advanced MS Excel skills, including pivots, VLOOKUP, and other functions, to process and analyze data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and quality checks
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Skills we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, including pivots, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience in extracting and analyzing data from various platforms (website backend, Meta, Google, Amazon, CRM systems)
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively
