Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Data Analyst with an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and expertise in popular data analysis tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners across various business lines to understand organizational objectives and translate them into actionable data insights. This position requires someone who can manage large sets of data, identify trends, and provide valuable recommendations that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Own and maintain the master data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity. Review and report data findings, and ensure compliance with confidentiality guidelines.
Data Testing & Processing: Oversee the testing of data, and ensure all confidential information is processed according to set standards.
Reporting & Insights: Create detailed reports that present key trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement to both internal stakeholders and customers.
Business Intelligence Support: Support the data warehouse by identifying and revising reporting requirements. Recommend improvements for data integrity and normalization processes.
Trend Analysis: Analyze business trends to generate actionable recommendations that support the growth of existing products and sales.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple, non-technical language.
Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in data analysis.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and provide clear, actionable data insights.
