Job Description:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for Reporting and Data Management for the CS Division. Reporting to the Lead Analyst, you will be part of the CS Reporting & Data Management team, maintaining data accuracy across multiple sources and preparing reports in various formats and frequencies. The data and analysis provided will support business performance tracking and decision-making across customer contacts and account data, as well as individual and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly departmental performance reports, executive summaries, and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
Validate CS and customer data, collaborating with technical teams to resolve any identified issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of the reporting landscape, including specifications, SQL queries, and execution guides.
Tool Administration and Project Participation:
Participate in CS projects to identify and address data and reporting requirements.
Administrate the reporting aspects of CS tools in collaboration with relevant tech teams.
Optimize reporting processes through automation and usability enhancements.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and match reporting requests to available data.
Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing and executing queries using tools like Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel.
Good knowledge and experience with Power BI (DAX, Dashboard & Reporting).
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of database structures, VBA automation, CRM/Case management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and BI tools (e.g., Microstrategy, Tableau).
Experience in performance and KPI reporting within a contact center environment with a solid understanding of contact center metrics is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative to lead and complete tasks.
