We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Python and SQL to join Cognizant’s analytics and reporting team. You will be responsible for developing automated reporting solutions, performing data analysis, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
Use Python to build and automate end-to-end reporting and data analysis workflows.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and querying using advanced SQL across large and complex datasets.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Analyze trends, generate business reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Query and manage data stored in Snowflake and other modern data warehouse platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance in all reporting processes.
Apply data visualization best practices to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
Optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for better performance and reliability.
Participate in data audits and resolve data quality issues proactively.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a similar domain.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and report automation.
Strong command of SQL for writing efficient queries on large-scale relational databases.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for dashboard creation.
Familiarity with Snowflake or equivalent cloud-based data warehouse technologies.
Solid understanding of data modeling, KPI tracking, and visualization design principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
Willingness to attend the walk-in interview on 14th June in Kochi.
