We are looking for a Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves gathering data from various sources, analyzing datasets, detecting patterns, and providing actionable business insights. The Data Analyst will collaborate with management and different departments to enhance business processes through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the maintenance of databases and data systems.
- Detect, analyze, and decode trends or patterns within complex datasets.
- Cleanse data and examine reports to identify and rectify coding errors.
- Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and generate business insights.
- Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making.
- Present insights through reports and visual presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand business requirements.
- Work with managers across departments to specify data requirements for tailored analysis projects.
