Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their career in data analysis. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role will involve working with large datasets, generating reports, and supporting ongoing business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from multiple sources, clean, and preprocess it to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can enhance business decision-making.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing charts, graphs, and other visual aids to communicate insights clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Database Management: Work with databases (e.g., SQL) to query and extract data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with business teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to meet project goals.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address immediate business challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing.
- Trend Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in ongoing data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or related fields. (2024 & 2025 batch candidates are highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL (knowledge of other data analysis tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In-person at Patia, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.
